"Support got it fixed quick"
I had login issue with my kid’s Adventure Academy account and reached out to support. They got back to me fast, which was nice. The person was friendly and didn’t make whole thing confusing. It took a couple emails back and forth, but they fixed it and everything is working now. Happy with how they handled it

"Canceling was a hassle"
Tried to cancel and it was way more annoying than it should’ve been. Still haven’t gotten my refund either.

"Good, but not for every age"
My 8 year old has liked some of the games, so that part has been nice. But my 11 year old got bored with it quick. A few of the lessons feel way too easy, then others kinda jump ahead out of nowhere. It’s okay overall, I just wish the age levels matched kids a little better.

"Fun for the kids, but not exactly cheap"
My kids do enjoy Adventure Academy, and there’s a good amount of stuff for them to mess around with and learn from. It’s definitely better than them just playing random games all day. That said, the price feels a little steep, especially if they go a week or two barely using it. Like, it’s good, don’t get me wrong, but I kind of wish they had a cheaper option or some kind of more flexible plan so it doesn’t feel like money is just sitting there when the kids aren’t on it much.

"Not much variety once kids get older"
At first it seemed fine, but once my kid really got into it, it started to feel limited. It’s like the goalposts kept moving, just when we thought there’d be more to keep them interested, there wasn’t much variety for older kids.

"Fun app, but the controls could be easier"
Adventure Academy has been fun for my kid, and I do feel a little better about it compared to just letting them play random games online. It seems safer overall, which I appreciate, though I’ll admit I was kind of expecting the parent settings to be a bit more straightforward.
The parental controls are okay, but maybe not as flexible as I’d like. I wish there were more options for setting time limits and checking who they’re interacting with. It’s not a bad app at all, just feels like it could use a little more support for parents

"He’s learning and doesn’t even seem to notice"
We signed up for Adventure Academy for my 9-year-old, it’s been a nice surprise. He’s into the games and little quests, but I’ve noticed there’s actual reading, math, and science tucked in there too. The other day he was doing a science activity about animals and kept telling me tiny facts from it while eating a snack. It doesn’t feel like homework to him, which makes a big difference. If he’s asking to use it after school instead of me having to remind him, I’m calling that a win

"app runs smooth for us"
we’ve been using Adventure Academy on our tablet and it’s been running well. it loads quickly, doesn’t freeze much, and my kid can get around the app without me having to jump in every few minutes. updates haven’t caused any issues for us either.

"My kid keeps coming back to it"
My 8-year-old asks to play this almost every day, which says a lot. If he’s any example, kids seem to stick with it because the games and lessons actually keep them busy. I like that he doesn’t lose interest after five minutes like he usually does with other apps

"Pretty fun, but it does lag sometimes"
My kid has been into the quests and mini games, and it usually keeps them busy for a while after school. It’s not perfect though, sometimes it takes a bit to load or gets laggy. Still, they keep going back to it, so I’d say it’s been fun overall
